Once you place your Order, it will be processed within 2-5 business days. You will be notified once it is Shipped out. Once it is shipped out, you can expect your Order within about 5 to 20 business days.
We do have Express Shipping as well. If you would like to use Express Shipping on your Order, please Email at [email protected] or Direct Message @Pawsomestylesforpets on Instagram prior to making your Order.
Note: If you have ordered multiple products, it is possible that you will receive multiple packages.
Standard shipping is FREE.

If you have ordered several products, it is possible that you will receive several packages a few days apart. This is because we want to get products out to you as soon as possible, so if one is ready before the other, it will be shipped out before. Sometimes they will be in 1 package though.
Yes. We provide worldwide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
No, only one promo code is allowed per order.
Yes, returns are allowed. You can return for money back or store credit. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery date that you want to return item. You will then receive the address to ship the return to. You must ship item back within 14 days of delivery date for it to be eligible. So it’s best for you to return item as soon as you can.

Yes, majority of our items have tracking. If your package includes tracking you will be notified by email once your order is shipped with the tracking number, which should be within 2-5 business days after purchase date.
The best way to ensure you get the desired product you want to exchange for, is to make a New order for the different item you want, and return the other product you have already.
